Founder-led · operator accountable

Vectrion exists because a missed call should not become a mystery.

Residential HVAC shops lose the thread when the office cannot answer, dispatch is carrying a live board, and a homeowner keeps calling. We built a recovery squad for that exact operating moment—and a measurement system that shows what it changed.

The operator problem

Demand arrives when the office is already doing the work.

The person answering the phone may also be dispatching technicians, protecting today's schedule, checking parts, and calming a homeowner. Voicemail records that a call happened. It does not carry the conversation back to a usable next step.

Vectrion starts with the demand a shop was already at risk of losing. It gives eligible missed calls a prompt return path, preserves job context, and hands control back to the operator.

What the client gets

Recovery and support, with clear responsibilities.

The product is deliberately plain: recover the call, carry approved follow-through, and keep the operating relationship moving after launch.

Recovery

Dylan returns eligible missed calls.

The homeowner gets a real conversation while the original service need is still current. The office receives the resulting context.

Follow-through

Ashley carries the next approved touch.

A recovered opportunity does not quietly disappear between the first conversation and the shop's approved next action.

Client support

Jacqueline supports the account after launch.

After launch, the client has a clear operating partner for what the evidence shows and what the squad should improve next.

The proof mechanism

The proof comes from your own leads and completed jobs.

Most eligible missed calls enter recovery while a small random holdout creates the comparison. Completed-job records then show the difference between the worked stream and the held stream.

The result is measured inside the client's own operation, on the client's own outcomes, during the same window.

Constraints before claims

The boundaries are part of the product.

  • No revenue number is published unless it comes from the client's own records.
  • No outcome claim enters measured recovery unless it is traceable to a job.
  • No emergency is held for measurement; urgent signals follow the operator's written routing rules.

Founder-led

Built by Nnamdi Abaekobe.

A phone that gets answered isn't the outcome. Revenue that stops leaking is.

That distinction is the whole company.

Contractors have been asked to take it on faith that software pays for itself — handed a dashboard of calls answered and told to call it proof. I built Vectrion so nobody has to take that on faith again.

The measurement came first. The agents came second. Vectrion recovers the revenue you lose to missed calls and reports it against your own prior ninety days — your history, your ticket sizes, your completed jobs. Not an industry average. Not someone else's case study. Yours.

I call it Revenue Autonomy: the system runs recovery end to end and proves what it produced, so the operator supervises instead of operates.

I created Vectrion AI because the work a contractor does is real. A technician shows up, a system gets fixed, a family gets their heat back — and every part of that is measured, warrantied, and inspected. The software sold into that world should be held to the same standard. So I built a company that answers for its results the way a contractor answers for theirs.

Vectrion is founder-led end to end. I design it, I answer for it, and I would rather tell you what it cannot do than sell you a version that doesn't exist. Everything on this site that can be checked, can be checked. What we haven't proven yet, we say so.
